Looking for what could be the coldest beers at the New York State Fair? In theory the beer stays cold because it travels straight from the kegs into your cup through a hole in the bottom. The hole is sealed with a pop-out magnet. The bartender places the cup over the spout, and the magnet pops out. The magnet falls back into place to seal the bottom after the cup is full.
